I know what it’s like to struggle.
I know how hard it is to ask for help.
I also know how amazing it feels to get the help you need and begin to live the life you’ve always dreamed of living…
I am honored to have you visit my website in your search for a therapist that fits your needs.
It is hard to make the decision to ask for help, and sometimes yet harder to actually make the call. I’ve been through it, too, and I can tell you from personal experience that therapy can be one of the most significant and rewarding opportunities we have in creating a life of meaning and contentedness.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. What this means is that I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently earning hours toward licensure. I work with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and participate in several hours of supervision each week.
Beyond my degree, I have found in every position prior to this, from being a teacher and translator to working in the tech industry, that I am drawn to people and am able to create meaningful relationships from the connections I make. It is this relationship that has been found to be the most beneficial to positive outcomes in therapy. I do my best to create the space my clients need to express their struggle in their own words. I walk through their struggle with them, providing support, tools and techniques to cope and heal. My greatest joy is to see clients come out on the other side of that struggle and find the life they’ve been hoping for for so long.
I am often humbled and always honored to be invited on this journey with my clients.
If you’re not sure therapy is the answer to your current situation, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute free consultation with me to find out. We can talk about what you’re going through, what you’re hoping to get from therapy, and what the next best step forward would be in your specific situation.
I look forward to connecting with you.
