I am passionate about helping individuals overcome burn out, anxiety, depression, PTSD and interpersonal conflict, so that they can connect more fully with their authentic selves and lead more fulfilling lives. Learning to recognize negative self-beliefs and self-talk and working to move past trauma, whatever that may be, helps us to understand where those beliefs come from and how to change them into something that will serve us better. This allows us to thrive and form lasting, meaningful relationships, with ourselves and others.
I am also passionate about helping couples overcome barriers to understanding each other in order to reach deeper, more meaningful levels of connection through life’s difficulties. When two people decide to be in a relationship with one another, there are a variety of challenges
that can arise and few people are taught what healthy relationships look like. Learning how to set clear and caring expectations, communicate both when things are not going so well, as well as when we are content and fulfilled in our relationship, can aid in strengthening our bond with our partners and help to face the difficult situations that life may throw our way as a team.
I believe that each individual and/or couple is unique and brings with them their own unique challenges and strengths. We will work together, as a team, addressing the challenges and using the strengths to find the ideal approach to effect meaningful, positive change in your life.
